• A 5% fee applies for cancellations within 48 hours.
• Free rescheduling, subject to availability.
• No refunds once services are completed.

• Clean, private, well-lit room preferred.
• Hair fully dried, skin cleansed and moisturized.
• Clothing and accessories ready in advance.

• We’ll discuss your desired look during the appointment.
• Makeup style, lashes, base, lip, blush — all custom to you.
• You may request changes during the session.

Photos or videos may be taken only with your consent for social media or portfolio use.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless canceled by the artist.
• No refunds once service is fully rendered.
• We may offer free touch-ups or future service credits at our discretion.

Please inform of allergies in advance. We use premium brands only. We are not liable for skin reactions due to undisclosed sensitivities.

Assistants may be involved during bridal or group sessions. All staff follow GlimmerNGlow standards.
